This light and crisp, yet bittersweet Chardonnay Vinegar from Pons is made exclusively from Chardonnay wines produced in Catalonia, Spain and is aged in oak and chestnut casks. It has a a very light, floral nose and an ultra delicate, tangy-sweet touch on the tongue. Use this demure wine vinegar to finish grilled vegetables or sauteed seafood dishes and in a vinaigrette for spring mix salads.
