We are launching our series of monthly tastings dedicated to our collection wines. A morning featuring breakfast and five wines, each tasted and contextualized in its corresponding space.
What are collection wines
The collection is the most personal part of Clos Pons. Five wines born from a specific plot and a single variety, with limited production and an aging process designed for each individual wine, rather than for the range.
They do not share a style: each one explains what its piece of the estate offers when allowed to speak for itself. That is why they are tasted separately and in different spaces. These are the wines where the limestone soil of Les Garrigues Altes can be read without intermediaries.
