Extra virgin olive oil with truffle
PONS truffle olive oil starts from a base of organic extra virgin olive oil from our own estate, not refined oil. That difference defines the result: a truffle oil where the EVOO has real presence on the palate. Available with black truffle and white truffle, in 100 ml and 500 ml formats.
Late-harvest Arbequina as the base: soft and clean, allowing the truffle aroma to express itself without competition. Eggs, risottos, pasta, mushrooms and aged cheeses.
