All of PONS's olive grove is organic. It is not a product line within the catalogue: it is the model of the entire estate, 550 hectares in Les Garrigues grown without pesticides or herbicides, with regenerative agriculture practices.
PONS organic olive oil comes from our own olives, harvested at the optimal ripeness and milled within 30 minutes. Cold extraction, vacuum malaxation and immediate filtration. The estate monovarietals JANIROC are the core of the range: Arbequina, Lecciana, Koroneiki and the Jardin Varietal, all organic.
