Organic estate red wine | Clos Pons
Clos Pons reds are made from varieties grown in Les Garrigues Altes, within DO Costers del Segre, between 500 and 700 metres. Grenache Noir as the local anchor variety, alongside Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Malbec.
Minimal intervention: staggered harvest, separate plot microvinifications, ageing in 300-litre barrels and concrete. Jan Petit and Alges are the estate references. Roc de Foc, Cingles and Serie 800 are the collection wines.
