Organic white wine from the Clos Pons estate. Its name, Sisquella, recalls the ancient village adjacent to our vineyard, where the 6 hectares of vines for this wine are cultivated. The fusion of Mediterranean and Atlantic reaches its peak in this pale golden wine with greenish hues, fresh and floral on the nose with toasted notes from barrel ageing. On the palate it is rich and medium-bodied, refreshing and elegant, with spiced and citrus notes.
The magnum format (1.5 L) reduces oxygen contact, preserving the aromatic freshness and complexity of the barrel ageing for longer. On the palate, an even richer texture with better integrated acidity and citrus notes.
Its pairing range is wide, particularly suited to rice dishes, smoked and roasted fish, Italian pasta, goat's cheese, shellfish, crustaceans, caviar and roasted vegetables.
