FLOCS Rosé is made from the Trepat variety, indigenous to the Conca de Barberà, and from a selection of organic vineyard bunches. During the second fermentation, the wine rests between 12 and 14 months in the bottle, on its lees, the time the bubbles need to integrate elegantly and find their balance. Rose, violet and forest fruits star in a delicate and captivating nose. In the mouth, its creamy texture and vibrant freshness blend with subtle aging nuances and notes of lime, cherry and lychee. A rosé of great precision and balance, fresh in the beginning, complex in the development and extraordinarily elegant in the end. With great versatility, it accompanies everything from aperitifs and refined tapas to smoked meats, tartares, fish and Mediterranean rice. The freshness of the Trepat and the nuances acquired during aging also harmonize with cocoa desserts, forest fruits and slightly sweet preparations.
