PONS grows 750 acres of Arbequina olives in the Province of Lleida, North of Spain. In addition, 375 of these acres are dedicated to the Organic crop. Extra Virgin Olive Oil: The natural juice obtained from the olives which are first-cold extracted. Its maximum acidity level does not exceed 0.8°. The result is a high quality oil of intense flavor, color and aroma.
