Tasting notes
It is a perfumed oil, with notes of fresh grass, apple and fennel. On the palate it has a medium bitterness and progressive heat, it is an oil with a fresh and minty sensation.
Pairing
Ideal to enjoy as a finishing oil for many applications.
Aroma: Aromatic herbs, freshly cut grass and tomato leaf.
Cata: Robust fruitiness and pungency, with a delicate bitterness.
