This extra virgin olive oil, obtained from green olives, stands out for its fruitiness and vibrancy. It has a spicy finish and is cold-extracted at the Pons family mill in L'Albagés.

Its balance makes it ideal to enjoy raw on toast or traditional tomato bread.
Aroma : Fragrant, floral, and with a scent of fresh grass.
Cata : Delicate green fruitiness, well balanced and slightly pungent.
