Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a tribute to the Fifth Generation of the Pons Family. Fruit of the investigation of the more than 200 varieties of olives grown in our "Varietal Garden" located on our farms of L'Albagés. Early Harvest Oil, made with very fresh olives. It is a perfumed oil, with notes of fresh grass, apple and fennel. On the palate it has a medium bitterness and progressive heat, it is an oil with a fresh and minty sensation. Ideal to enjoy as a finishing oil for many applications.
