Organic estate white wine | Clos Pons
Clos Pons whites are born in Les Garrigues Altes, between 500 and 700 metres altitude, on calcareous and stony soils. The altitude and thermal contrast of the continental climate preserve natural acidity and define a style of freshness and aromatic precision.
Grenache Blanc is the backbone variety, complemented by Albarino, Macabeo and other estate varieties. Sisquella is the house reference for white wine with ageing.
